Beetroot Dip
I've never met a person who doesn't like a dip! Which makes us question, does such a thing even exist? We hope not, because dips the perfect snacking option! Particularly so if made from a Veggie as they also count towards your 5+ a day.... like this little number - Kiz Güzeli, aka beetroot dip.
Fun fact! Did you know that passing pink urine may indicate an iron deficiency, whereas, dark red stools suggest a normal level of iron? This is said to be due to the high amounts of betalain present in beets. Obviously, if you do suspect an iron deficiency it's best to consult your health professional
